Troubleshooting
Resolve access, licence, price, portfolio and notification problems.
Before retrying
Read the message and check Portfolio or Sales history to see whether the operation already saved. Refresh rereads data; deleting lots does not fix missing prices.
The application will not open
Check Windows 64-bit versus macOS Apple Silicon/Intel, and download a fresh copy from the official area if incomplete. Keep the exact system error for support. See Installation.
No confirmation email
Check address, spam and email filters. Use Resend confirmation email, then the latest message. Enter its code in Verify your email if the link fails. Existing accounts should use sign-in or Forgot password?, not another registration.
Discord sign-in does not finish
Check the intended Discord account and keep FutCall open for the return. Use your usual email method to recover that account’s holdings if applicable. /request-key activation is separate from OAuth sign-in.
No /request-key message
Use the FutCall bot command in #request-key on the intended account. Allow server-member DMs and check message requests. Respect the indicated delay and use the latest key. Never publish keys in the channel.
Invalid or used key
Copy the whole latest key from the bot’s DM. Renewing replaces the previous key; an activated key cannot activate another account. Wait after repeated failures. See Licence.
Missing investments
Check, in order: account email in My account, Console/PC in Market, Real/Simulated portfolio, Reset filters, and Sales history for fully sold quantities. Switching views does not erase another market’s purchases. Missing prices leave holdings saved but unvalued.
Old or missing prices
Verify connection, market and exact card version. Use Refresh and wait. If the source fails, keep your lots and try later. Old prices retain their timestamp; Partial indicates positions without usable prices. See Calculations.
Sale price or quantity rejected
Quantity must be a whole number within remaining holdings. Sale price must follow FUT increments, and the date cannot be future or earlier than the consumed lots. Refresh if the position changed, but first check history to avoid recording a duplicate.
No Discord alert

Brief crossings can be missed. Sent does not repeat at every check. Phone notifications also depend on Discord settings. See Alerts.
Empty Market Movers or Radar
Clear search and change selection. Check market support and disable Premium to view unfiltered losers; 72-hour references may be missing. Radar’s No cards with potential right now is a valid result; Cards unavailable means no usable report, so use Try again. Previous data can remain after failed refreshes.
Ask for help
Use the FutCall community or website contact. Include version, operating system, market, real/simulated mode, reproduction steps and exact error. For price problems add player, card version and observation time. Attach a focused screenshot with email, licence keys and verification codes hidden; never share passwords.
