Quick answers about FutCall access, Discord and investment tracking.
Is FutCall free?
The current workflow provides a free personal licence through Discord /request-key, without a payment card. See Licence and Discord.
Can I use the portfolio on the website?
Workspaces are in the installed Windows/macOS app. The website hosts product information, downloads and documentation. See Installation.
Do I need to connect an EA account?
These workflows do not need your EA password. Create a FutCall account and enter purchases/sales for tracking; FutCall does not perform those trades in the game.
Discord sign-in or /request-key?
Continue with Discord authenticates you. /request-key provides the key for access and the alert recipient. Email registration can use a Discord licence.
Why is my portfolio empty?
Check account email, Console/PC market, Real/Simulated portfolio and filters. A fully sold position may be in Sales history.
Why a loss when prices have not fallen?
Potential profit deducts the 5% resale tax. An unchanged price does not cover that tax; check Break-even price and Calculations.
Is the displayed profit realized?
An open position’s profit is potential. Record sale saves the realized outcome, which later market changes do not alter.
Does Save purchase buy a card?
It only records a lot in FutCall. Save sale likewise records an actual or simulated sale according to your chosen mode.
Delete or sell?
Deletion corrects entries and creates no realized profit. A recorded sale consumes quantity, deducts tax and keeps its result in history.
Do alerts work with the app closed?
Yes, checks run every fifteen minutes. They need usable prices and allowed DMs. Brief threshold crossings between checks can be missed.
Why an Alerts countdown?
It shows the next scheduled check, not guaranteed delivery. In the current version, the button is disabled while an active condition exists. See Alerts.
Can I watch a loss threshold?
Negative return/profit thresholds trigger at or below the limit; PAT -5 watches a loss of at least 5% after tax. Price targets remain upward conditions.
Why a missing or different price?
Prices are timestamped source observations or estimates. Check exact card version, market and time. Missing values are neither zero nor replaced by the other market.
How can I test an idea?
Enable Fake investment and use Simulated portfolio. Purchases, sales and alerts remain separate from real holdings.
Where are older sales?
Open View full sales history and check market and real/simulated mode. Older sales may no longer be shown in the recent-sales section.
